How to enable Broadcom wifi in Acer Travelmate 2400
Firstly to install wifi driver for Acer Travelmate 2400, I followed this Community Documentation here.
The chipset is listed as Broadcom Corporation BCM4318 [AirForce One 54g] 802.11g Wireless LAN Controller (rev 02), 14e4:4318 (rev 02) after i did on the terminal
lspci
I tried and failed to installed it properly.
In the end, I just enable and installed b43-fwcutter and this was all I needed.
After that type this in the terminal : sudo apt-get install b43-fwcutter![]()
